This branch has some changes that come about when testing the diffengine as a
coeffExtractorfor a set of affine constraints.Firstly, it directly returns the
Amatrix when it's children is a single variable.Secondly, it adds an API call for only initializing the jacobian (which saves the
init_hesscompute and memory time). We can discuss later on how we want to specify this.. but I was just putting it out there since it seems to work currently.
